A little bit about me

Writing is therapy, my way to vent and express my thoughts and feelings. I created this blog in 2011 when I was going through a challenging and stressful period. I was constantly seeking knowledge and enlightenment in books and courses on what I was going through and expressing my thoughts and feelings on the blog. I felt that since I had survived the obstacles and challenges of that time, I must share the lessons learned with others to give back to society. My purpose is to continually spread positive energy & support others to be their best and not give up.
