Writing is my therapy, my way to vent out and express my thoughts and feelings.  I created this blog back in 2011 when I was going through a very tough period in my life, with a lot of stress and struggle.  I felt that since I have survived the obstacles and challenges of that time, I must share the lessons learned with others as a way to give back to society. My purpose is always to spread positive energy & support others to be their best and not give up.
